Data is now back in sync

We are investigating some erroneous on-chain data received from our BSC node that has stalled trade import. Please be patient whilst we work to restore BSC service.

Where have my BSC charts gone? ChartEx.pro introduced beta support in a primative manner for BSC markets in November 2020. As BSC has grown in both blockchain size and throughput, our legacy platform has proven unsuitable for continued use. We took the decision to retire BSC services here knowing that ChartEx Metamorphosis (https://metamorphosis.chartex.pro), available to all CHART holders on a membership tier, provides a more robust BSC service with more features.

This is protocol level issues rather than relating to ChartEx backend which we are continually working on refining and improving performance on. For BSC markets in general, all token holders are reminded of ChartEx Metamorphosis which has a more stable and reliable service. Our nodes are slowly regaining sync and we will look to get further clues on how to ensure they do not drop out again even though they have ample resource available to them.

We've been made aware of a failure on hardware that runs our BSC market collectors. We're migrating onto new hardware from backups and will keep you informed on the progress in bringing this back into service. BSC markets are currently offline

We're taking a snapshot of our primary database on ChartEx pro, this may degrade performance on a very temporary basis, according to our infrastructure this happens without impacting uptime, nonetheless we will continually monitor

We really appreciate your support and patience as we work to provide a more stable BSC service. The volumes and transaction numbers continue to be unprecedented and our infrastructure, along with that of other infrastructure providers in the space are struggling with the demand. We've seen Pancake offline, BSCScan offline at times too today. We are currently revisiting the architecture of our trade processing pipelines to work out how to streamline it and make it more efficient, rest assured we're working on this as our one and only priority right now.
